This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit brickstech.io (the “Site”), interact with our ads or social media pages, or engage us to provide software development, design, and related services (the “Services”). What We collect
Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
Deliver client projects: plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software and integrations.
Maintain confidentiality and data segregation: We do not disclose one client’s confidential or project-specific data to any other client. We restrict personnel and system access to the specific project on a need-to-know basis.
Communicate with you: proposals, SOWs, status updates, support, invoices, and important notices.
Personalize content and ads, measure campaign performance, and improve marketing effectiveness.
Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, fraud, abuse, or violations of our agreements.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
Confidentiality. All information marked confidential or that reasonably should be understood as confidential (including business plans, code, data, and technical information) will be treated as such. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect confidential information, and we train our staff on confidentiality obligations.
No cross-client disclosure. We will not disclose or reuse one client’s confidential/project data for another client’s benefit. We maintain logical and procedural separation of client environments, repos, and workspaces.
Access control. Access to client data is limited to personnel assigned to the relevant engagement and bound by confidentiality obligations.
Ownership. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement with you, all client-provided data, content, and deliverables developed specifically for you under a written SOW belong to you upon payment as specified in the governing contract. We may retain limited copies as required by law, compliance, or backup policies (see Retention).
Open-source & third-party components. If used in your project, we disclose licenses/terms as part of delivery documentation and integrate per best practices.
While Bricks Tech is a global service provider, some privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR) require a legal basis for processing personal data. Where applicable, we rely on:
Contractual necessity (to deliver Services and support);
Legitimate interests (e.g., securing systems, improving services, marketing to business contacts);
Consent (e.g., for certain cookies/ads in relevant regions);
Legal obligations (e.g., tax and compliance recordkeeping).
We do not sell your personal information. We share only as described below:
Service providers / subprocessors: hosting (e.g., cloud infrastructure), analytics, email/CRM, project tools (issue trackers, CI/CD), payment processing, security, and support. These parties may access personal information only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
With your authorization: for example, when collaborating with your other vendors or integrating specified third-party systems/APIs.
Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.
Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights, property, security, or users.
Aggregated/De-identified data: insights that do not identify you.
We do not disclose one client’s confidential/project data to another client.
Client project data: retained for the term of the engagement and as needed to provide support, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where feasible and contractually permitted, we’ll honor reasonable deletion requests after the engagement.
Lead/marketing data: retained while active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or until you opt out.
Backups & logs: maintained under fixed cycles; data removed per standard rotation.
We use cookies and similar technologies for Site functionality, analytics, and advertising.
Analytics: to understand usage, improve performance and content.
Advertising & retargeting: we may use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar tools to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
In regions where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we display a consent banner.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies (Site functionality may be affected).
Opt out of interest-based ads from many providers via the DAA (optout.aboutads.info) and NAI (optout.networkadvertising.org).

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including: access controls, encryption at rest and in transit (where applicable), least-privilege access, secure development practices, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights depend on your location’s laws. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or to object to/limit certain processing.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that would require a “Do Not Sell or Share” link, based on our current practices. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide required mechanisms.
You may request: (a) access to categories/specific pieces of personal information; (b) deletion; and (c) correction. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing where our legal basis is legitimate interests.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Our Site and Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for such practices.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard, we do not respond to DNT signals. We honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals where applicable by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, we will notify you.
Where we have a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you, those documents govern in case of conflict with this Policy regarding confidentiality, IP ownership, data processing instructions, and security commitments. Upon request, we can execute a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and provide a list of current subprocessors.
