In Pakistan and other emerging markets, hiring is still largely manual. Job seekers rely on WhatsApp chats and alumni groups, while companies struggle with costly ATS tools that don’t fit local needs or budgets.

Taraki set out to fix this, by building a modern, AI-powered job marketplace and applicant tracking system (ATS) that gives startups and growing teams the power to hire professionally, at a fraction of the usual cost.

They needed:

  • A complete MVP in 8–10 weeks

  • A web app for candidates and companies

  • A marketing website to build identity and credibility

  • A CMS to strengthen SEO through job listings

Their post-launch goal: 1,000 users and paying customers within the first month.

We designed and built Taraki from the ground up using a lean, powerful stack that keeps development fast and costs low, without sacrificing flexibility.

Tools & Platforms

  • Framer for the landing website

  • Webflow CMS for job listings and SEO

  • Bubble for the fully responsive web app

  • Integrations with Stripe, OpenAI, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Amazon Email Services

Throughout the process, our team worked closely with Taraki’s founders, iterating fast based on feedback and ensuring the MVP was ready for launch within 9 weeks.
